Subscription Purchase Guide

Preface

This document outlines how to purchase subscription for CLOUDMYLAB  Subscribers

Audience

This document is intended for use by our Cloudmylab Subscribers

Scope

The scope of this document is to specifically ensure that the  Subscribers understands the End-to-End procedure. 

System Note

This is an example for Subscribing to EVE-NG but the process remains the same for all subscription based Products

Process

STEP 1: Go to dashboard https://dashboard.cloudmylab.com/

STEP 2: Register with a valid Email ID.

STEP 3: Fill out the registration form and click on the Register Button.

STEP 4: Log in to the portal with username and password that was created in Step 2.

STEP 5: Once you login, kindly click on Buy option as highlighted on the top right hand side. Select the subscription you want to purchase from drop down options available ( e.g.. Hosted Services, Bare Metal & Technologies Lab).

STEP 6: Opt for the subscription as per your requirements. Below are the option available on the page

1. choose monthly or yearly plan.
2. choose the subscription as per your requirement.  
3. choose the specs as per your requirements. 

STEP 7: Once you have selected the subscription, on the bottom of the page you will find the below options ( As highlighted in the screenshot below)

1. You can choose the number of instances you require
2. Click on Proceed to Checkout to make the payment 

STEP 8: Once you click on the Proceed to Checkout, the below page will be visible on your screen. Add the account details and click on next.

STEP 9: To complete the order, kindly click on Pay & Subscribe.

STEP 10: Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email with access details and user manual within 4 to 24 hours.
