This document outlines how to access and use the service on CloudMyLab infrastructure.

AUDIENCE

This document is intended for use for Enterprise Customer and Partners only.

SCOPE

The scope of this document is to ensure that the user understands the environment specifically.

 

Getting Access to POD

USER REGISTRATION  FOR NEW USERS

Navigate to the custom URL provided to you in the on boarding Document. Click on Register and fill in the required details for registration.

  While Registering you need ensure that you are using 14 Character Complex Password

Once you see registered successfully, click on “Back to Login” as shows in previous screenshot

Click on Login  using the credentials you created in previous step

 A successful login will drop you in a dashboard portal like below

PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS 

Navigate  to the custom URL provided to you in the on boarding Email. Click on Login and then forgot password.

Enter the registered email address and click continue. Make sure you type in the user email correctly and an email will be sent to your inbox

If email doesn’t show up in box,  kindly check your spam folder for password reset email from  CloudMyLab < webservices@cloudmylab.com>

Click on "click here" to start password reset process
