How Can I Cancel my Hosted Service Subscription ?

Its easy to cancel your subscription, please open a support ticket or  send an email to support@cloudmylab.com and we will take care of it.
 

WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO CONTINUE BUT ALREADY MADE A PAYMENT?

In the event that you want to cancel your subscription before even starting your first access, we will cancel your subscription and refund 90% of your payment. 10% is dedicated to the time and resource spent on setting up our lab.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE HOSTED SERVICE LAB (VIRL/GNS3/EVE-NG). CAN I CANCEL EVEN WHEN THERE ARE STILL DAYS LEFT ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

For ongoing subscriptions, if you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, we can cancel it to stop your recurring billing. Your Subscription will be available till the end of 30th Day from the start date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds, if you do not cancel your service with first 7 days of the renewal or start of service you will be charged for the whole month.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE YOUR SERVICE, DO I GET A REFUND?

We highly encourage you to use our Free Trials to test the waters before you buy. We only provide refund when we are not able to give you the Hosted Service that you need. If you have any technical problems with your lab, we will do our best to fix it ASAP and give you additional time to cover the lost time. If we fail to fix the problem and not able to provide you requested service in the committed time frame (which is highly unlikely), a 100% refund will be made to yo
