            Troubleshoot WSA GUI login Issues:

            If your WSA Node clock is not synchronized with the VD/Jumpbox date and time, then authentication will fail.

            Make sure that the date and time between the WSA node and the VD/Jumpbox must be synchronized.

              Step 1: If you are not able to access WSA node GUI.

            Step 2: Make sure the Date and time on WSA node and VD/Jumpbox must be synchronized.


            Step 3: If they are not synced. You can manually sync the date and time on the WSA node via CLI.

            Note: We also need to make sure that we have the same time zone as well.

            Step 4: Once you Change the date and time manually on the WSA node. Check again.


            Step 5: Then go to the browser and you will be able to access the WSA node via GUI.

            NOTE: WSA is only compatible with Mozilla Firefox version 58.0.2 or lower versions.
