Upgrade Subscription Guide

Preface

This document helps the customer to understand the procedure on how to Upgrade the subscription.  

Audience

This document is intended for use by all our enrolled customers who want to make changes to the subscription.

Scope

The scope of this document is to specifically ensure that the user understands the process.

System Note

This is an example of How to Upgrade the subscription

Step1:  Go to https://cloudmylab.com/ and login to the website, use the credentials opted while registering to the website.

 

Step 2: Click on the Menus Bar on the top right corner, it will show you options for the Account button as highlighted below.

 


 

 

Step 3: Click on the Subscriptions button.

 


 

 

Step 4: Click on the View button highlighted on the right side, and scroll down.

 


 


Step 5: Click on the Upgrade or Downgrade link highlighted below.

 


 

 

Step 6: You will be redirected to the page with subscription options.

 


 

 

Step 7: Choose the Size (Small, Medium,Large & X-Large) Billing Period as shown below and click on Sign Up Now.

 


 

 

Step 8: Cart Page will open as shown below

 



Step 9: Once you Press update Cart. The amount which is highlighted in Red is the amount being calculated by the system on Pro-Rata that customers need to pay. The amount highlighted in blue is the recurring total due every month after upgrading the package.


Step 10: Click on the Proceed to Checkout

 





 

Step 10: Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email with access details and a user manual within 4-24 hours.
