How to cancel Auto-Renewal of existing active subscription

This document helps the customer to understand the procedure to cancel the automatic renewal of an existing active subscription.

Audience
This document is intended to be used by all the existing customers of CLOUDMYLAB

Scope
The scope of this document is to specifically ensure that the user understands the process.

System Note
This is an example of How to cancel the auto-renewal of an existing active subscription

Step 1: Go to https://cloudmylab.com/ and login to the website, use the credentials opted for during registering on the website.





Step 2: Click on the My Account tab in the top right corner. Refer to the picture below:



Step 3: On the left-hand side of my Account, Click on subscriptions. Refer to the picture below:


Step 4: When you click on Subscriptions, a dialog box gets open on the right-hand side. Refer to the picture below:



Step 5: On the Subscription tab, On the right-hand side, you will see an Auto-renew on and off button. The default setting is on auto-renewal.



Step 6: On the right-hand side, to deactivate auto-renewal click on the auto-renew button. Refer to the picture below:
