Following are the details available on the Home Page-:
1. Next payment Cycle-: This tab will help the user check the next billing cycle.
2. Subscriptions-: Under the subscriptions tab, you can view the details of the recent 5 subscriptions purchased by the customer.
3. Total Disk Usage-:This tab on the homepage will help customers to have a glance at the total consumption on all the active VMs
4. Upgrade Storage-: Once you click on this tab, it will redirect the user to the Add-on page to make the purchase.
Subscription Tab - Customer Portal
On the subscriptions page, the user can see the entire details of their subscription like
SID (Subscription ID)-: User can get to see their subscription ID number under this header.
SKU (Product)-: User can check the product code of the product purchased.
Status (Subscription status)-: User can view the status of their subscription. The following statuses may be visible as per the subscription state -:
- Canceled-: When the user has canceled their order.
- Active-: When the customer’s POD is running.
- On hold-: When the user has not renewed the subscription.
- Pending cancellation-: When the customer cancels the auto-renewal.
- Expired-: When the customer’s subscription date expires.
- Bookable active-: When the customer books the Free Trial.
- Bookable expired-: When the Free Trial Period is over.
POD-: The user can see the POD number allotted.
Deployment-: Under the deployment header the user can clearly see at which stage the order delivery is. The user will see the following stages-:
Waiting-: When the user will buy the subscription and our system is processing the logs this status will be visible.
Completed-: When the order is completed and emailed and sent to the user.
Pending-: When there is a technical issue or an issue at the backend, the system will restart the process and this status will be visible.
Queue-: When the first time the order gets added to the system and the order is in the initial stages this status is visible.
Processing-: When the order is still Work in Progress
Cloning-: When the Virtual Machine starts cloning at the backend this status will be visible.
Config OS-: This status will be visible when the OS is in the initializing stage.
Conf Network-: Network related resources are added
Email Error-: Some reason the final delivery email is not sent- Maybe the email provided is wrong), NWerror-: Network error – when config network stage fails
Devices-: The second last header shows 2 icons

A-: Virtual Desktop-: Once you click on the Virtual Desktop icon as shown above the customer will be re-directed to the below page. On this page, the user is given rights to access their Virtual Desktop.

The Users will be able to access the following features
- Console-: The customer can directly access their Jump box from here. Click on the Console button (1) highlighted in the above screenshot.
- ON-: User can switch on the VD from the button highlighted above (2).
- OFF-: User can turn off the VD from the button highlighted above (3).
- REBOOT-: User can reboot the VD from here and the same is highlighted in the above screenshot (4).
- IP Address-: User can check their IP & Port details.
- Login -: User’s username and password will be visible here.
- FQDN-: POD No. will be highlighted here.
- RDP-: Will display the information which displays the public IP and port to RDP.
B-: Server Instance-: Once you click on the Server Instance icon as shown above the user will be re-directed to the below page. On this page the user is given few rights to their Server Instance.

Auto-Renew-: The second last header shows 2 icons
This tab highlighted above enables the customer to place the subscription on hold as per their requirements. If the symbol is Green, it depicts the subscription as Active, if the symbol is greyed out it showcases that the subscription is on Hold status.
Virtual Machines Tab - Customer Portal

Virtual Machine tab displays "all" of the VMs that the user has purchased
The users can access the following details on the Virtual Machines tab.
State-: Under this header, there will be two statuses visible for the user.
1. Running-: This will be visible when the Virtual Machine is Active
2. Not Running-: This will be visible when the Virtual Machine is OFF.
Name-: Under this header the user can check the name of the virtual machine.
Access-: This tab will display any public access like RDP information.
CPU-: This tab will display the CPU assigned to Virtual Machine.
IP Address-: IP details will be visible under this header.
Runtime-: This will show the users from how long your VM is up and running.

REBOOT-: User can reboot the VD from here and the same is highlighted in the above screenshot (4).
IP Address-: User can check their IP & Port details.
Login -: User’s username and password will be visible here.
FQDN-: POD No. will be highlighted here.

The last tab on the customer portal is of Help Center, once you click on Help Center you will be re-directed to our knowledge base page.
