  We can book a session for you. However, we recommend you book your sessions via our easy Online Scheduling System so you can book your sessions at your convenience.

  Yes, you can cancel it via our Scheduling System. We recommend that you make necessary changes 72 hours before your scheduled session.

• I would like to book a rack session, but the slot I prefer is already taken. What should I do?

  If the slot you preferred is already taken, we can keep you in a waiting list and update you should the slot is freed or canceled by the user who reserved/booked it.
