Troubleshoot WSA GUI login Issues

Before attempting troubleshooting in production, you can practice WSA configurations safely in our lab environment. If you need help, get expert assistance with WSA setup.

If your WSA Node clock is not synchronized with the VD/Jumpbox date and time, then authentication will fail.

Make sure that the date and time between the WSA node and the VD/Jumpbox must be synchronized.

Step 1: If you are not able to access WSA node GUI.

Step 2: Make sure the Date and time on WSA node and VD/Jumpbox must be synchronized.

Step 3: If they are not synced. You can manually sync the date and time on the WSA node via CLI.

We also need to make sure that we have the same time zone as well.

Step 4: Once you Change the date and time manually on the WSA node. Check again.

Step 5: Then go to the browser and you will be able to access the WSA node via GUI.

WSA is only compatible with Mozilla Firefox version 58.0.2 or lower versions.
