Setting up Nexus 9000v with Username and Password

Premise:

This article Focuses on setting up the username and password on Cisco Nexus 9000v

This Article Applies to All the Subscribers using GNS3, VIRL, EVE/ESXI
 
1. Once the device is booted up ) It can take up to 5 mins for the device to completely boot up
2.  On the device console , select yes on disabling POAP

Abort Power On Auto Provisioning [yes - continue with normal setup, skip - bypass password and basic configuration, no - continue with Power On Auto Provisioning] (yes/skip/no)[no]: yes
3.  Select yes on Strong Password and define password for admin user
Do you want to enforce secure password standard (yes/no) [y]: y
  Enter the password for "admin":  <Type password here>
  Confirm the password for "admin": <Type password here>
Would you like to enter the basic configuration dialog (yes/no): no

4. Login with password you defined in previous step
