Palo Alto device connectivity Issue (IP address for MGMT interface)

The issue customers are facing with Palo Alto firewall connectivity.

 

We use the cloud to connect the Palo alto f/w and We have to use management interface in the cloud.

 

Please use the management interface on the cloud and then give this IP address 192.168.x.x/28(IP address from the management subnet ) to the Palo alto MGMT interface.

 

An example below shows the subnet details used by one of the customers.

Subnets used for your POD:

 

VD IP is 192.168.200.171/28

Eve-Ng Server IP 192.168.200.170/28

Gateway IP is 192.168.200.169/28

 

So we used  192.168.200.172/28 IP address with the gateway set to 192.168.200.169 on the Palo Alto MGMT interface to establish connectivity. And from the Jump Box customer will be able to access the Palo Alto firewall.
