Failed to initialize SSL session to remote host (Remote console not working)

When you use VMware Remote Console to connect to a virtual machine that runs on a host with SSL disabled, you see the following error:

Unable to connect to the MKS: SSL required.

Resolution:

SSL authentication is enabled on ESX/ESXi hosts by default.
If disabled SSL on a host, you must enable it again before you can use VMware Remote Console (VMRC) to access a virtual machine.

To enable SSL from the vSphere Web Client:
  1. Open the vSphere Web Client and select the host in the inventory.
  2. Click the Settings tab, and select Advanced System Settings under System.
  3. Search for SSL, select the Config.Defaults.security.host.ruissl setting and click the Edit icon.
To enable SSL authentication from vSphere Client:
  1. Directly connect to the host using the vSphere Client.
  2. Click the Configuration tab.
  3. Under Software, click Advanced Settings.
  4. Expand Config > Defaults.
  5. Expand Security and select host.
  6. Select the option to enable SSL authentication.

I found another easy way of Fixing the issue:
1. Turn off the machine completely.
2. Open the console session.
3. Power up the Guest Machine and the console will start working.
